Gilliat Income Builder Plus

The Gilliat Income Builder Plus is a 5 year and 4 week structured investment product that pays a potential maximum quarterly income of 2.1%, equivalent to 8.4% per year.

The amount of income receivable is determined in accordance with the Weekly Observation Date. For every week where the closing value of the FTSE 100 Index sits above 3,500 points, the income will accrue, but for every week the Index closes below 3,500 points, the income payable will not accrue.

The Plan is available for Stocks & Shares ISA, ISA Transfer, Direct Investment, as well as SIPP and SSAS pension investments. It is also available to businesses, charities and trusts.
