Abbey International Banking
Abbey International Banking was a service offered by the Abbey Bank, also known as the Abbey Building Society or the Abbey National plc, which merged into the Santander Group in November 2004. Santander is now one of the biggest high street banks in the United Kingdom and, since its acquisition of Abbey National it has also acquired Alliance & Leicester and Bradford & Bingley, is one of the UKs largest mortgage lenders and savings providers.
Abbey International Banking has now been re-branded as Santander Private Banking.
